Multi-tasking is essential in this role as billing representatives make a real difference to their customers and the company. They will be a collaborative team player who is solution-oriented, able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and have a high sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will have great communication, strong people skills and a positive attitude.
